It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and must comply with the applicable minimum and maximum limits. Before making a deposit, ensure that the payment method you are using is registered in your own name. Transactions using third-party accounts or payment methods are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process and may be held until identity verification is completed. In the case of suspicious transactions, 12 baje reserves the right to hold or investigate any payment.
Fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or any form of dishonest activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing other users, using abusive language, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a punishable offense. Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any attempt to exploit technical errors or bugs will result in immediate account closure. In the event of any such violation, 12 baje reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the 12 baje platform are protected under our intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, but reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content is prohibited. No part of the platform may be reverse engineered or decompiled. Using our trademarks or brand name without permission is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken in cases of intellectual property infringement.
The 12 baje platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantees of uninterrupted service or freedom from errors. We are not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service failures. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from issues with a user's own internet connection or device. Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activities. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
12 baje reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, including violations of the Terms & Conditions, without prior notice. Users may also request to close their own account at any time. If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be returned after the applicable verification process is completed. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or terms violations may be forfeited. Self-exclusion requests made under the responsible gaming policy will be actioned immediately.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, settled through arbitration. The user agrees to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh for any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions.
